Rourkela: Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Sunday laid the foundation stone for the new NIT-Rourkela's building. The 13-storied building would be constructed at a cost of `60 crore. The building equipped with sophisticated gadgets would be come up in two years coinciding with the NIT’s golden jubilee. Mukherjee also inaugurated the 84th annual conference of the Nikhil Bharat Banga Sahitya Samilan which was attended by over 1,000 delegates from different parts of the country.
